In April, most of our work went into the client experience. Rather than shipping one oversized feature, we focused on smoothing the paths people use every day: capturing faster, reading calendars more clearly, switching screens with less friction, and editing records without losing context.
This update focuses on what users can feel inside the app. The landing site, open board, and feedback pipeline also improved, but they are supporting systems rather than the headline.
A steadier AI capture queue
ISEA keeps moving toward the idea of logging life in one sentence. This month we tightened submit, pause, resume, and queue states so repeated capture feels less fragile.
For users, the change is simple: you can tell ISEA several things in a row without waiting for every single item to finish first.
- Clearer queue state
- More reliable interrupt and resume behavior
- More consistent feedback during repeated submissions
- Stable send behavior when queue features are disabled
Account calendar and day views
Account pages now have a richer calendar view. You can scan a month, see where records cluster, and open a specific day to review related spending and account entries.
We also moved day-level editing into lighter form sheets. Instead of jumping away from the current page, quick edits stay closer to the context you were already in.
That matters for financial records. Spending rarely happens while you are “doing bookkeeping.” It appears throughout the day. A calendar helps you look back by time, while the day view makes corrections and follow-up easier.
Native tabs and form sheets
We continued refining bottom tabs and page transitions. The tab bar now leans closer to native system behavior, with a lighter glass treatment where supported and a stable fallback where it is not.
Form sheets also received several rounds of polish. Creating, editing, and deleting records no longer needs to pull you fully away from the current screen.
Record cards and editing details
Several updates landed across everyday record types:
- Habit editing now includes a delete action
- Countdown editing now includes a delete action
- Journal, mood, water, ticket, and top-level flows gained more interaction coverage
- Calendar cells, empty states, and list keys are steadier during refreshes and navigation
These are not always the flashiest changes, but they shape how the app feels when you open it every day.
Stability and privacy boundaries
April also included a lot of work around stability, data consistency, and safety boundaries. Sync conflict handling, cascading soft deletes, upload authorization, backup safety, SQL execution boundaries, and quota checks all became stricter.
These updates sit below the surface, but they decide whether your records are safe to keep over time.
Feedback stays connected
We also improved the feedback path so user reports move more reliably into our triage process and can become product work more easily.
Going forward, we will keep writing monthly updates in this shape: client-visible changes first, supporting systems only where they matter. ISEA is not trying to show engineering volume. It is trying to make daily life capture feel calmer and more dependable.
