Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using ISEA ("the Application" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ISEA.

2. The Service
ISEA helps you record, organize, and reflect on personal information such as tasks, routines, wellness records, notes, and AI-assisted summaries. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account credentials, and all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, reverse engineer restricted portions of the Application, or use ISEA for unlawful purposes.

4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create or submit through ISEA. You grant ISEA a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, operate, improve, and support the Service, including AI assistant features you choose to use.

5. AI Features
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated records, suggestions, summaries, and other output before relying on them. ISEA is not a medical, fitness, nutrition, financial, legal, or emergency service, and AI output should not replace professional advice.

6. Health and Wellness Information
ISEA may help you record diet, fitness, sleep, mood, and other wellness information. The Service is intended for personal organization and reflection only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

7. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when necessary.

9. Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using ISEA at any time and may request account deletion from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the Service, or if required by law. If you delete your account, we may prevent future sign-in or registration with the same Apple identity or other account identifier.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
ISEA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of ISEA after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
